Mr Sinha was professional from my first phone call with him. He pushed for me against the hospital to have get a immediate MRI scan. Before and after surgery he was there for me to speak to with answers to any questions. I have been looked after so well I would recommend and trust Mr Sinha anytime.

After years of back pain, I was referred to Dr Sinha and after various scans, the decision was made to operate. After a long NHS wait I was operated on. After 5 weeks, no pain and walking a lot better, getting stronger by the day.

Mr Sinha put me at my ease on my first referral visit. He explained what was wrong with the aid of MRI scans and told me exactly what he could do to try stop the loss of use in my upper limbs getting worse. He listened to my questions with empathy and I felt that he could not have treated me better if I was his own father. He is very diligent and thorough and I trust him completely. He is a very good surgeon and I would not hesitate to recommend him to all neurosurgery patients. This kind, understanding man deserves acknowledgement for doing an excellent job.

From my experience Mr Sinha is a man who is willing to explain the procedure about to take place, he also encourages questions and is more than willing to answer any queries should the patient have any concerns. I also like that Mr.Sinha believes in after care, he called to see me the day after the procedure to ask how I was feeling. I have also had telephone appointments where he has asked if I have had any reoccurrences of my problem also if I am satisfied of the appearance of the scar area which is minimal.

Mr Sinha is a genuinely caring surgeon who will do everything he can to ensure the operation is successful. I trusted him 100% from the start and this followed through to ensuring I was OK following the operation. You definitely do not feel like just another patient but an individual and he will plan the best care that he can for you.

I first met Mr Sinha in April 2022 and his care, concern & professionalism was outstanding. He is thorough and informative with a degree of empathy I have not encountered with any other medical professional before. After suffering months of pain, I decided to look into private healthcare and through various investigations, Mr Sinha diagnosed me with 3 spinal fractures and he performed a vertebroplasty in July. In the subsequent weeks I have seen a huge reduction in pain and have now returned to my normal self. It is no exaggeration to say he has given me my life back. Sadly, under the NHS I would have had to wait perhaps 2 years for this procedure. At 69, I felt this was untenable and luckily I was able to fund the procedure myself. Thankfully, after research, I chose the eminently capable and experienced Mr Sinha. I cannot thank you him enough. Kind regards,

I trust Mr Sinah completely. I put my life in his hands and he did a fantastic operation on my spine which is life changing. The wound has healed brilliantly and is neat and straight. I couldn’t have wished for better. Mr Sinah cannot do enough for you, he listens and acts. I would recommend Mr Sinah to anyone who is having spinal problems and who requires an operation.

Hi, Dr Sinha recently treated me for 2 herniated disks. My surgery has been really successful and I’m so pleased I went ahead with it. Dr Sinha was very personable, he is that great mix of empathetic and honest, making me feel at ease throughout but also furnished with the facts about my procedure, the anticipated benefits and also the potential risks. Dr Sinha used models, drawings and scan images to help me understand the logistics of the procedure which helped me greatly after the operation understanding some of the new short term discomfort I was experiencing and why I must limit my exertion. Dr Sinha also made time for me, ensuring I had a means to contact him throughout my time in his care and letting me know no question was too small to ask. I simply felt in extremely good hands throughout.

I personally have never posted a review about my personal experience with medical treatment but today I feel that I have to find the right words to express the gratitude for Mr Sinha what a incredible person he has been fantastic from my first appointment with him. He was very nice and easy to speak to he decided that I would benefit from a C5 and C6 disecomtomy and fusion after we discussed the options that was available for my pain and I am amazed by how much better I feel But to be honest with you guys Mr Sinha goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable he is always complimenting the staff with whom he works with every time I have visited the team go above and beyond to make sure you have the best experience possible to make you feel better about the surgery you maybe having today I was a little upset with a personal issue and Mr Sinha was so very kind he was running off getting me water and I will be happy to recommend that if you have are unfortunate and need a neurosurgeon you can be sure that you have found a fabulous one right here kindness

I had a spine surgery done by Mr. Sinha on the beginning of July and I can’t thank him enough! He took into consideration that I was going to get married overseas on June this year and arranged for me to have a steroid injection (so I would be able to walk straight down the aisle) and scheduled the surgery for a later date. This was the best outcome for my issue! When the time came to get the surgery done, he was ever so patient to explain every little tiny detail to me and to my newlywed husband. Everything was done with such a great care. Thank you, Mr. Sinha! I am deeply grateful for your care and understanding.

I had a microdiscectomy by Mr Sinha at Spire Methley Park and the experience was amazing. He reassured me prior to surgery as I was very nervous and had a lot of questions. After the surgery he informed me the surgery went well and all post op instructions were clear. He was very professional and I was very satisfied with his work. Thank you Mr sinha.

For over 10 years I suffered with chronic leg pain. After countless Doctors, physio appointments, mis-diagnosis and pain relief injections, I finally met with Mr Sinah. Within two appointments I had been for MRI scan and X-rays and he had diagnosed my condition. Mr Sinah explained to me in great detail exactly what the problem was and how this would be fixed. He was very upfront and explained everything in plain English. He was very honest and informed me this would not be an easy fix but it was possible. Within four weeks I was in having surgery. The surgery itself turned out to be more complicated than first thought and surgery turned out to be a lot longer than first anticipated. However Mr Sinah done an amazing job! Within 12 hours of coming out of surgery I was taking my first steps and the pain I had been suffering with for over 10 years was completely gone ! I am now 4 weeks in to my recovery and making good progress. There is still a long way to go but everything is on track for a full recovery. I can not thank Mr Sinah enough for all he hard work and dedication and I am now looking forward to getting my life back and enjoying all the things I have been missing out on over the years. If you have any concerns about surgery, you could not be in any better hands than Mr Sinah.

I can not fault the care I received and the information provided during the assessment period and on the morning of the surgery. Amazing outcome and follow up after the operation with information on do’s and dont’s & if you follow that then your life returns to you with pain free movement. I went from agony for three months to bliss in 24 hours. Still in recovery time of and taking it careful for four weeks now up to 12 weeks. All going well due to an great surgeon.

Mr Sinha was very helpful. He ensured that he provided me full details of the procedure. He called me back to the hospital to ensure that i was 100% ready and also answered all my questions. He did this on a very busy day between all his appointments. All of this – while covid was happening and I believe he had just recovered from covid himself recently at that time! Thank you!!!

I am on my first day out of hospital having surgery by Mr Sinha on the 27th April so just 1 week ago. My procedure was the removal of a spinal tumour which was found by accident 18th the ago when investigating for something completely unrelated so initially I had minimal related symptoms and Me Sinha’s advice was to vomit or the tumour with frequent MRI scans. Unfortunately on my latest scan the tumour had grown quite rapidly and had also changed appearance on the scan and so the choice was made to remove the tumour. Mr Sinha gave all pros and cons to the removal of the tumour and at the time some of the pros were really quite scary and overwhelming especially being only 33 and having 2 children aged 11 and younger. My pain had gone from zero to 100 in less than 3 months and so I made the decision to go ahead. One week post surgery I have zero pain other than the surgery pain which with steady recovery will fade. All nerve pain prior to the surgery has gone and I spent my first night sleeping in my bed rather than the sofa. Mr Sinha is my hero and I cannot thank him enough for giving me my life back. Initial tests indicate the tumour was benign but I will know for sure in a few days. Mr Sinha is the kindest but yet says it how it is and doesn’t sugar coat any of the bad stuff giving you honesty but making him trustworthy. He visited me everyday after my surgery while I was in hospital and was always interested in how my family was coping as well as me. Do not hesitate to use Mr Sinha. Myself and my family cannot thank him enough.

Mr sinha is a great consultant he was very honest from the start even with the things I didn’t want to hear, he kept in touch and was very professional and genuinely cared about my progress. From my first consultation with Mr Sinha I was impressed by his integrity and care in explaining all aspects of the proposed surgery, Following my procedure Mr Sinha visited me on the recovery ward, at end of what would have been a long day for him, to explain that all had gone well. The post surgical follow up has been extensive and confirmed to me that I am being well looked after. The only constructive comment that I have is that on one pre- arranged telephone consultation, Mr Sinha must have rung me an hour prior to to time expected and I was not at home to speak to him. For the subsequent call I ensured I was at home well before the agreed time, again it was early. Perhaps in arranging the call it would be useful to state that calls may be earlier than the time given.

Mr Sinha was very kind and understanding. He took lots of time to find out what my spinal problem was & explained very thoroughly what would happen during and after the operation. Over a year after the operation he phoned me personally to ask how I was getting on. The operation was very successful & I am very impressed by Mr Sinha.

Following an altercation with a ‘tagine’, I was left with no option but to attend LGI Emergency Department 23rd December with severe pain and significant weakness in my right leg. An MRI revealed a compressed nerve and I was reviewed by Mr Sinha Neurosurgical Consultant. As it was near Christmas we initially tried some conservative management however as there was no improvement I underwent spinal neurosurgery on the 15th January. Mr Sinha truly reflected the values of the Leeds Way and made me feel safe at a most vulnerable time . I was involved in the decision making relating to each step of my care and through their communication, honesty and clinical expertise felt supported and empowered in my decision making. I honestly feel that the compassion and high standard of care I received from Mr Sinha was a credit to LTHT.

I had a very rare tumour on my spine which rendered me effectively paralysed, quite suddenly really. I have always been very active so this was not only physically debilitating, but emotionally very distressing. Mr Sinha knew exactly what I had and where it was. Right from the start, he made me feel safe, comfortable and confident about what was going to happen. I actually ended up having my operation earlier than expected as my condition deteriorated rapidly and I was in a great deal of discomfort. I also felt very well informed all along the way and I am extremely grateful and pleased to say that I am now walking again and recovering well.
